Every great conference is built on the boring stuff — registration, papers, packing lists. Scroll the calendar. Know what's next.
Open to all schools. Advisors lock their delegation size, get their invoice, and reserve seats before committees fill.
Each delegate fills out preferences — three committees, three countries each. Wait too long and the popular blocs are gone.
Chairs publish their full guides. Read them. Highlight them. Bring them to committee — they are the reference for every ruling.
Register by Thursday, October 1 for priority — first pick of committee and country preferences.
Friday, October 2 is the last day to cancel an entire delegation for a refund. After this, full-school refunds are limited to medical, school change, or weather only.
Wednesday, October 7 is the last day to refund a single delegate. After this date, individual refunds are limited to medical, school change, or weather only.
Saturday, October 10 is the final day to register. Regular registrations are assigned after priority schools. Headcount locks and assignments follow.
All payments are due Monday, October 12 — cash or check made out to North Penn High School Model UN.
Due Wednesday, October 14 at 11:59 p.m. — two pages per delegate, per committee. Awards committees read everything; late papers are ineligible for top placement.
Arrive 8:15–8:45 a.m. Five committees. One day. Awards at 4:15 p.m., gavel down by 5:00 p.m. This is it.
Get your delegation's name on the early-interest list and we'll keep you in the loop on every milestone above.
