Capped on purpose.
Most circuit conferences cram 60+ delegates into a single committee. We cap at 30 or fewer so every speech lands, every motion gets a real vote, and your chair actually knows your name by lunch.

Lunch is Wawa and Dunkin, with a food truck if we can get one. Coffee and snacks all day. Quiet rooms between committee blocks.
One of the largest public high schools in Pennsylvania — purpose-built halls, tiered lecture rooms, and an auditorium that fits every delegate at once for opening and closing ceremonies.
30 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. Easy parking on site. Schools within a 90-minute drive can come and go in a single Saturday.
A working schedule — finalized closer to the date.
