How registration works.

Advisors

Head to the registration page and submit your school name, city, and your contact details as the advisor. One advisor registers on behalf of the whole delegation — students never do this part.

The moment you submit, we email you a confirmation with your estimated invoice and a one-click link to sign in to your advisor portal.

Use the link in your email (or the Sign In button on the site). Your portal is the command center for your entire delegation — roster, payments, forms, and approvals.

From the portal, flip on your school's unique signup link. Share that single link with your students — it's how they join your delegation without you adding each one by hand.

As students sign up and finalize their preferences, they appear in your portal awaiting approval. Review each one and approve — this unlocks their full delegate portal.

Pay per delegate by check or your school's preferred method. We email instructions; your portal always shows the current balance.

Delegates

Your advisor gives you one link. Open it — you'll see your school's name, confirming you're joining the right delegation. No link? Ask your advisor; only they can hand it out.

Enter your name, grade, and email to claim your spot on the roster. This creates your personal delegate profile tied to your school.

This is the most important step. Rank the committees you want and, for each, your top country choices. Add your experience level and interests so chairs can place you well.

Complete the required forms — code of conduct, medical info, and photo release. Your portal shows a checklist so nothing slips through.

Once you've finalized preferences, your advisor approves you. That unlocks the full portal — your assignment, schedule, and digital pass.

When assignments are published, you'll see your committee, country, and a digital check-in pass — everything you need for conference day.
