Press corps gets committee-room access. Observers get common areas only. Parents get a viewing badge during opening + closing ceremonies. Photo access is delegate-by-delegate per the Photo Release.
All press are bound by the same Code of Conduct as delegates. Recording inside committee requires the chair's permission.
