Wissahickon High School
Founded in 2017, Wissahickon High School Model UN has grown into a successful organization with nearly 70 members. Despite being relatively new, the club has become an important part of student life, strengthening members' public speaking, debate, and leadership skills. Members participate in UN simulations, attend national conferences, and debate complex topics—from the Cuban Missile Crisis to creative scenarios like the Harry Potter universe. The club takes part in regional conferences and collaborative events with neighboring schools, developing diplomacy and critical thinking. Led by President Benjamin Vossen, Vice President Kahini Gandhi, Treasurer Weston Ma, and Cabinet Member Cael Lee, Wissahickon creates an environment where students build confidence and a deeper understanding of international affairs.
