Arrive between 8:15 and 8:45. Pick up your badge, room, and materials.
Head to opening
Delegations move to ceremony seating.
Opening ceremony
Welcome, expectations, and final logistics.
Committee I
Agenda-setting, speeches, caucuses, and drafting.
Lunch
Wawa and Dunkin, with a food truck if we can get one.
Committee II
Merge papers, build blocs, and prepare voting.
Committee III
Final debate, amendments, voting, and wrap-up.
Awards & closing
Closing ceremony, awards, photos, and dismissal by 5:00 PM.
Three things to know before arrival.
Arrive early
Doors close at 8:25 AM. After that, late entry may wait until the first break.
Food and water
Lunch is Wawa and Dunkin, with a food truck if we can get one. Refill stations are available throughout the building.
Plan buffer time
Closing can run long if awards take extra time. Plan pickup for 5:00 PM.
