Full refund for a whole delegation through October 2, or for an individual delegate through October 7. After that, documented exceptions only.

- **Individual delegate, through October 7, 2026** — full refund.
- **After those dates** — refunds are limited to a documented medical emergency, a school change, or weather cancellation.
Delegation fees are due **September 30, 2026**.
Exceptions for documented medical emergencies considered case-by-case.
