School registration opens today
Advisors can now reserve delegations, save their advisor profile, and start the school-level workflow.

Delegate registration opens June 1
Each delegate creates their own profile, picks committee preferences, and ranks country options.

Background guides are out now
Every committee guide is published — read yours on the guides page or in your portal, along with position-paper instructions.

Regular registration closes September 26
Register by then for first pick of committees and countries. A late window stays open through October 3 at the same price — late delegations are assigned last.

Refund cutoffs are October 2 and October 7
Cancel a whole delegation by October 2, or an individual delegate by October 7, for a full refund. After that, refunds are limited to medical, school change, or weather situations.

Position papers due October 14 at 11:59 p.m.
Three days before the conference, so chairs can read every paper first. Uploads are required for award eligibility.

Arrive October 17 between 8:15 and 8:45 a.m.
Conference day at North Penn High School. Opening starts at 9:00, and awards finish by 5:00.
